Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Christian Ehl, Partner at Stanton Chase: Executive Search & Leadership Consultants .

We shared thoughts and experiences about the 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 as a genuine exchange. Christian's reflections echoed some of my own observations and added something valuable:

A helpful reminder, especially in times of change.

One thing that immediately connected us was our 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. It’s a heart topic for both of us and how we both think about value, innovation, and the future of business.

Christian recently published a thoughtful article, full of real-world perspective and grounded in what leaders are experiencing across industries. I was grateful to contribute a few thoughts as well. It’s encouraging to see how sustainability is being embraced as a key driver for a differentiated business.
